  • Profile Information: Instagram User ID, handle (@username), and profile picture URL.
  • Communication Data: Content of incoming Direct Messages (DMs) and comments intended for automation triggers.
  • Log Data: We track automation performance, including message counts and trigger status, to provide you with dashboard analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Execute automated DM and comment replies based on your custom keywords.
  • Monitor automation performance and provide analytics.
  • Maintain the security and stability of our platform.

We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

SpeedDM strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only access data through official API endpoints authorized by you during the OAuth connection process. We do not engage in "scraping" or unauthorized access to Instagram data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your automation history for a limited period to provide analytics. You may disconnect your Instagram account or request data deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated access tokens and automation data will be permanently purged from our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure token management, to protect your account and communication data. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
