2. Service Description

SpeedDM provides cloud-based automation tools for Instagram, facilitating automated responses to comments and direct messages through the official Meta Graph API. We provide this service to help users manage their social presence more efficiently.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account and access tokens.
Ensuring all automated content complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Anti-Spam policies.
Complying with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies at all times.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use SpeedDM to:

Send unsolicited spam messages or bulk marketing that violates Instagram's rules.
Engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
Attempt to bypass or exploit Instagram's API rate limits or security features.
Automate interactions in a way that creates a negative experience for other Instagram users.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or Meta's Platform Policies. You may also cancel your subscription and terminate this agreement at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeedDM relies on third-party APIs (Meta/Instagram). We are not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by Instagram resulting from your use of these automation tools. SpeedDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
